Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

We do not control or predict these fees. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order may be returned or destroyed and will not be eligible for a refund.

Split Shipments

Some items in your order may arrive in seperate shipments.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Items in the same order may arrive on different days.
International orders may be shipped from different countries and could be assessed separately by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
